Terrorism is not terrorizing unless people that are targets of the terrori know that someone is indeed terrorizing them.
The fact that no one has come out and taken credit for it suggests that it was an accident.

However, it was probably Muslims, since they are burning churches weekly in France, or slitting priests’ throat while they are conducting mass, etc.

That said, I would rephrase that and say that terrorism (of the islamic variety) and conspiracy theories are much more likely to be true, especially considering the precedent the muslims have managed to set with their history of behavior.
If the first thought millions of people have that it was islamic terrorism, thereee's a reason for it and they have NO ONE to blame but themselves.
