Missing the point here, I think.
Rape (rape-rape, as Whoppi would say) is not a sexual crime. It is a crime of violence. It's all about Power. Rape is about a man violently asserting power over a woman. It's not, strictly speaking, sexual in nature.
Just so, Biden's sniffing and fondling of young girls and grown women is not affectionate. It's about Power. Open Power. Up on the stage. "Look what I can do, and no one can stop me". He's not a healthy individual.
