Highlight Clip – Jared Kushner with Laura Ingraham a few hours ago

‘In Florida More Ex-Felons Register as Republicans than Democrats’

Jared Kushner: One statistic that I found very pleasing is that, in Florida they passed a law that former felons can now vote. We’ve had more ex-felons register as Republicans than Democrats and I think they see the reforms…

Laura Ingraham: Woah, woah… You’ve had more ex-felons register as Republicans than Democrats?

Jared Kushner: That’s the data that I’ve seen. I think that will surprise a lot of people.

If the majority of illegal aliens were registering as Republicans, you can be assured that Democrats would close the border down immediately.

And George W Bush was going to make all Hispanics Republicans because he spoke Spanish and his brother married a Hispanic...

I don’t think it worked out that way in Virginia. And I’m not sure I think it’s a good idea in Florida (or much of anywhere else), now matter how they register.

“I hear they listen to Rush in prison.”

God is also in prison. Just ask any God Saved felon. They had to go to prison to find God.

We had problems with Republicans picking bad candidates. I can’t help but think that Democrats voted in the Republican primary to ensure a bad candidate was picked.

A lot more of that goes on than people think..........especially here in The South...............My parents registered as Dems to vote in the primary to elect the weakest candidates then voted Republican in the general................

“He’s Republican??????????....................I’m shocked!!!!!!!!.”

I like the guy myself. He does his job, cashes the checks, and keeps his political opinions largely to himself. But I do remember him saying that his time in prison is what turned him into what passes for a conservative in Hollywood.

For some reason I just don’t believe Kushner. I think it’s his flat weasel eyes that do it.

I have hired plenty of convicted felons over the years. I sure wouldn’t call any of them liberals.

Well, remember the Puerto Rico hysteria two years ago? That all the PRs would tilt FL?

1) 90+% went back home
2) Those who didn’t didn’t affect anything. Desantis and Scott crushed it with minorities. DeSantis is in the mid 60% approval now.

I think the assumptions the “felon” vote would hurt is much the same.

I hear they listen to Rush in prison.

My schedule allows me to listen to Rush only occasionally, but I was fortunate enough to hear a call, from an ex-con . He called to thank Rush. He said that he listened to Rush as much as he could and stated that it was Rush that helped to turn him around. Rush was seriously moved by the call. It was one of his best calls ever.

Decided to look for it, Here it is: Ex-Con, Jerome, from Traverse City, Michigan

Maybe because Trump pushed for prison reform...?

There an awful lot of felony charges that probably should not be. I know two folks with a low level felony who will be voting Republicans.
