Biden has always struck me as an actor. He’s always playing a character. Remember when he plagiarized some British politician’s speech back during one of his early runs at the presidency? It was like he was playing the British pol instead of a real guy. He lies a lot, like when he implied that the car crash that killed his first wife was caused by a drunk truck driver (it wasn’t - his wife pulled out in front of the truck). He does not mind lying because it’s just “dialog” he memorizes for his many roles. He has to act because he is a person of no substance.

Before. This was 1986. In 1987 while campaigning for president (although he was obviously campaigning in this video) he plagiarized the Brit. Oh, he also plagiarized Bobby Kennedy as well.

Mayor of South Bend, Indiana is certainly obscure.

Despite being a gay guy with a name that starts with "Butt", the country elected a guy with Hussein with a middle name, so that isn't a disqualifier. And I think gay guy is higher on the intersectionality charts now, than woman.
