In a couple of years or less, Smellit will be doing Nike or some other commercial getting paid millions and settling out of court for tens of millions and be a SJW “hero”... like Kaepernick.

Truly depressing our state of affairs.

If he violated state laws, pursue via the state prosecutor’s office. If he violated postal laws (mail fraud) then pursue via that avenue.

More evidence of his criminal fraud and false report that 98% of successful convictions. Grand Jury indicted him - everyone except the prosecutor believes he is guilty - even far-left Rahm Emanuel is ticked off, as the the police involved.

This was a slam dunk case - easy conviction. BUT:

While the focus is on the results there seems to be be little effort to examine the judge who made the decision. In this posting of the many this is the only one I read where the judge is at least named and pictured;
