While Democrats and other members of the Resistance flail about in the wake of news the Robert Mueller investigation did not find evidence that President Donald Trumps campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government during the 2016 presidential election, Freeman observed Monday the report confirms it is former President Barack Obama who owes the country an explanation for his administrations historic abuse of government surveillance powers.

I agree. It’s time to bring Barack Hussein Obama to justice for destroying the unity of the United States and instigating a massive race war. Throw Holder in the cell with him.
Not only the abuse of surveillance power—
Abuse of the IRS, too.
(Lois Lerner smiles in her cushy retirement.)
Abuse of the IRS and Tea Party groups, in my opinion, orders came down from BO himself. That’s why they lied, lost evidence and took the 5th. Can’t have BO blamed for anything under his watch. Remember how they asked for content of their prayers? It was disgusting.
Answer: He knew nothing about it, and in fact read about it in the paper.
There are people in CNN who are hired to lie and protect Obama and his friend Hillary.
I’d forgotten about the prayer questions.
Well, the whole party is anti-Christian. It’s anti-religion too, except where Islam is concerned, because it views Muslims as a big tribal identity voting bloc (with some justification, IMHO), and doesn’t take the fanaticism of Islam seriously.
But, of course, all of this was encouraged by the Muslim-in-Chief who was resident at the White Mosque for eight years, who’d be especially hostile to domestic prayer content.
Remember how he’d put one finger in the air when he walked by Muslim dignitaries? The Muslim gang sign.
Accountability, so this abuse never occurs again.
Time to investigate how someone born a British subject and Kenyan national and not a natural born citizen usurped the office the Constitution says he may not hold.

I will always believe that Obama used the surveillance powers to compromise Chief Justice John Roberts into the ruling he issued about Obamacare.
Good point.
To paraphrase what they used to ask about Nixon during Watergate:
What did Obama know, and when did he know it?
Time to go “full MAGA”!! Put all traitors to the Republic in prison!
“I will always believe that Obama used the surveillance powers to compromise Chief Justice John Roberts into the ruling he issued about Obamacare.”
Bingo. And not just him, most congressmen also. Think of how many times we complained the R’s wimped out because they were too concerned about what the beltway would think. I think a huge number are compromised.
Obvious Graham was.

In its 1964 New York Times v. Sullivan decision SCOTUS, by making it essentially impossible for Republicans to sue for libel, claimed to be enforcing the First Amendment. And might actually have believed it.They didnt say that it applied only to Republicans, of course - but although Mr. Sullivan was neither a Republican nor a Democrat (at least, not a Democrat in good odor - he was a southern Democrat), in practical terms Democrats dont need to sue for libel, and Republicans frequently do.
It is said that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not to their own facts. But when Republicans cant sue for libel no matter how egregious, de facto Democrats are entitled to their own facts. The intent of the First Amendment is, as Chairman Mao eloquently put it, to Let a hundred flowers bloom, let a hundred thoughts contend. But the intention of pseudo-objective wire-service journalism and the Democrat Party is to aggressively monopolize the expression of facts and opinion.
And the Sullivan decision empowers them in that endeavor. Sullivan must either be overturned (unanimous decision or not) or otherwise made moot.
