Lonely millennials, you are not alone!
A new survey found that over half of Americans between the ages of 18 and 34 do not have a romantic partner.
In spite of the recent rise of dating apps, more young people than ever remain single, according to data released by the General Social Survey from researchers at the University of Chicago.

I do bodyweight workouts and running, thanks for asking.
I’m a new Christian, and still get inappropriately horny around some women, so I would actually prefer somebody who would say “NO” until I at least put a ring on her. Yes, some men want to have an actual RELATIONSHIP along with the sex. With me, it needs to be a relationship and marriage BEFORE the sex in order to please God.
A co-worker's daughter was a gymnast of some promise. For a lark she joined the high school girl's lacrosse team.
They were in the middle of a killer ab workout when the gymnast asked when they started the exercise -- she thought it was just a warmup!
Don't say that too loud or you'll have hordes of men after you.
(Too many women are gold-diggers.)
Ever done inchworms? I’m trying to get to the point where I’m nearly flat to the ground before getting back up. Not quite there yet.
Inchworms are tough. Might make some regular weightlifters barf.
Come on you paid for a house with cash at 19. Riiiiiiight.
No, but I'll look them up.
Thanks!
There have been a couple of "get rich quick" self-help gurus pushing them; like most such things, there is a grain of truth and it is not as easy as the guru claims.
What I'm more interested in, is how she earned the cash by age 19 to even buy the first one; and how she handled the repairs/cleanup. Family? Would-be boyfriends?
The other thing, is I'd love to hear more about her methods for screening and/or evicting tenants if necessary, what with the Obama-inspired opioid epidemic and the deliberate destruction of the small town / blue collar economy by the Dems.
And lastly: women are hypergamous. Is she unwilling to settle for a man who has to work for a living, if she has not mortgage and lives off of rental payments...
St. Paul *does* say it is better to marry than to burn: but he explicitly says it about a man who has trouble controlling himself around his virgin, not about a man who is unable to pry off the sluts with a tire iron...and the greater the number of sexual partners a woman has had, the more difficult for her to bond and to stay married.
Choose wisely, FRiend.
I think a lot of the guys into online "dating" are hoping for a free test drive so they don't have to pay retail for the same service. Some are decent guys, of course, but some are scum looking for discount entertainment. It's gross, but true.
Where's Sun Myung Moon when you need him?
You will never be first in the relationship. The reason why families worked is that mom and dad were first, they were the center of the family, and the kids were rightfully not first, they were not first but expansions of the family pair. You will never have the proper setup with a single mom.
Youre so right. Hmmmm. Maybe thats why Gods plan for civilization was marriage between one man and one woman, with children being the natural result of that union. And why He hates divorce.
Yes.
As total life expectancy increases and people maintain their health better young men and women may simply be extending their single years to enjoy the freedom and opportunities available to them.
Yeah, thats all well and good, but there is a small problem. Fertility. Women are being sold the lie that they can delay childbearing. And it leads to a lot of disappointment and regret.
Yeah, if you wait too long but still have eggs in storage or thousands of dollars to spend you may be successful in producing an offspring, but its usually not that easy. And it can lead to ultimate heartbreak.
Too much risk and a questionable return have made marriage a crummy investment.
Would you board an airplane if they told you half the flights crashed?
See, thats the lie that has been sold to the younger generation. :( Yes, statistically half of marriages end in divorce, but that number is skewed by including ALL marriages. Second, third, even fourth marriages.
The reality is that the rate of divorce between first time married peoples is less than 50%. But thats the success number always touted (probably on purpose to keep the rate of heterosexual marriage down.)
