too lazy to look up what the profits were but 53 billion in US sales last year means nothing without expenses listed also.

A unionized food market that is likely on their way out of business, similar to UAW staffed car companies.

Grocery chain on the North East, primarily CT, MA and RI and parts of NY. All with plenty of competition around, many suburban locations have one or more competitors across the street ow within 1/4 mile.

Right.
So they don’t mention the taxes.
They don’t mention the umpteenth costs for running a business, and the umpteenth taxes cause The Good Lord knows there isn’t just one. Or even 5.
It’s 53 billion to do whatever you want with.
And it comes in suitcases.
All cash.

Just like P&C, and now Tops (who took over P&C’s stores after P&C went kaput). Unionized and failing against non-union Wegmans.

Union bosses really don't think much of their "brothers and sisters," do they. Based on the evidence, I'd say they were correct.

I hear the next Olympics will feature a biathlon event where the contestant sprints a distance, breaks a plate glass window, grabs a 46 inch flatscreen tv, and then carrys it to the finish line.
