In all of politics, and perhaps anywhere, it would be hard to top this beyond bizarre CREEPY photo of Joe Biden. Forget all the pics you've already seen of Biden with his hands inappropriately upon young girls and women. The photo revealed in this video is way beyond anything you've seen before of creepy Biden. It is so beyond belief bizarre, that you can be forgiven if you think it was photoshopped. However, I assure you this photo is for real. And if Biden ever gets around to making his Big Announcement, it is almost certain the photo will be used by guerilla artist Sabo.

Biden has had 3 deep brain surgeries.
Even one can cause personality changes.
Apparently his family is genetically predisposed to a certain type of brain cancer. It killed one of his sons.
That photo was out a long time ago.

The photo is well known but forgotten by most because it’s almost unbelievable. Biden placing his wandering paw on an unconsenting adult male. It’s almost like an amusing painting done in Norman Rockwell style. Each character has a pose and a private thought. Bring it on, Biden. Gird your loins, if you dare! The GOP will sink your battleship in record time without breaking a sweat.

Why not show all the videos and photos of him sexually assualting little girls in front of parents and cameras?
“Family” supposedly gave him the green light, but then I doubt that “family” has any idea of how many photos and videos there are of Slow Joe feeling up little girls and women.
Neither of course does the “general public” who doesn’t follow politics or read FR ;-)
I sure hope he runs because he will be humiliated right into obliviion if he does. He will make Bill Clinton look safe by comparison.
The 7 min vid discusses the photo in which Biden at a sit-down, formal event places his palm on the knee of a Sherrif sitting next to him, thereby causing visible consernation on the face of the Sherrif.
