I think the report is going to say this..that Donald Trump did NOT collude with the Russian Govt..that no one in his campaign did either..but that some of the people in his campaign were shady people..well associating with shady people isn’t a crime, Obama had relationships with PLENTY of shady people, and Hillary Clinton sleeps with one

I basically agree with you on impeachment; however, I would say just on a technicality, that impeachment worked with Nixon because he resigned in the face of certain impeachment and conviction. There was never going to be 67 votes in the Senate for Clinton, unfortunately.
If Mueller had anything it would have been leaked long before now.
He found nothing because he was investigating the wrong Presidential candidate. Now if he had investigated Hillary he would have found a lot but then he knows that.
Any DUmmy disappointment will be short lived. If Mueller doesn’t report impeachable offenses, that will be PROOF that Trump obstructed the investigation and kep Mueller from getting to the truth.
The D talking points going out the day after the report will make sure every MSM mouth repeats that over and over. DUmmies will be outraged through the 2020 election that Trump both colluded with Russians and obstructed the Mueller investigation so we don’t know the details of the collusion.

Even if the Senate had voted for impeachment, Clinton would have told them where to stick it...
The fact is, impeachment has and never will go all the way because if it ever did the President (whomever it is) would be able to declare that the congress is acting unconstitutionally and without cause, and the matter would then go to the Supreme Court. The court may, or may not declare that impeachment does not apply... Because let’s face it... The wording is rather vague... Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors... That means what exactly?
Did Clinton commit those crimes... You’re damn right he did and they didn’t convict him because they were too scared to put the United States into a situation that could potentially end in revolt and anarchy. And if either of those situations occurred... Who controls the military?

Impeachment a good tool for removing pretty much everybody except the President. Removing a President is far to risky a proposition.
