Where is Ruth Bader Ginsburg? Is she alive? On life support or doing push up’s and sit up’s with her trainer?
Who have we not seen her in public for over 30 days. Is she fit to handle her duties as a Supreme Court justice.
Rumors have her on life support. Is that truth or fiction.
I’d like to know why we should trust that she is actually the one writing opinions, and not her clerks. What is the law on that?
If DJT can’t find the information on RBG then no one can. Trump doesn’t want to reveal the info. You can bet he knows every single thing about her situation. For some reason he is dragging this out like everything else.

How does a Supreme Court justice write an opinion?
With lots and lots of help from their law clerks. While justices are responsible for the substance of their opinions in each case, their clerks usually do the majority of the writing. These clerks follow a code of secrecy about the process of writing each opinion, but we do know how the process generally works. After oral arguments and the initial vote, the senior justice for the majority opinion chooses a judge (who may be himself or another justice) to be responsible for writing the opinion. Unless this judge is Justice Antonin Scalia, who has often taken on the task of writing opinions himself, the judge will then usually select one of his or her clerks to take the first crack at drafting the opinion. The judge will then discuss with the clerk what the opinion should say and may provide a detailed outline or just a few rough notes. Each justice is allowed to have up to four clerks—bright young law graduates, usually from Ivy League schools and often in their mid-to-late-20s—with the exception of the chief justice, who gets to have five.

I think this means that we have a Constitutional right to observe if Ginsburg can perform ANY behavior at all!
What kind of behavior is covering up a terminal or incapacitating illness just to hold onto a seat for as long as possible? I don't think that being attached to a ventilator just to keep the heart pumping is role modeling "good behavior."
Somebody needs to challenge Chief Justice Roberts on Ginsburg's bad behavior on Article III Section 1 terms and demand a definitive answer to whether she's still demonstrating "good behavior."

The real question is what will happen during the SOTU when the cameras show either an obviously dying Ginsburg or an absent Ginsburg. I don’t think they Dems will be able to keep this under wraps after that.
Having law clerks — who have not been confirmed by the Senate — actually contributing to Supreme Court decisions also sounds like a serious Constitutional violation.
People should check and make sure that such a travesty I snot happening.
Thanks to the government shutdown, the mean, evil high school kids wearing MAGA hats, and the indictment of Roger Stone, the media has been able to divert attention away from RBG’s health in recent weeks.This Tuesday, when she doesn’t show up for the State of the Union address, I think President Trump should open his remarks by making a brief statement acknowledging that RBG was unable to attend. He should then make a very gracious and polite statement wishing her a speedy recovery. This will drive the left absolutely nuts. It will call attention to the fact that no one has seen her in public for quite some time. If they take issue with his gracious and polite statement wishing her well, it will leaving the average American scratching their head, wondering what was wrong with what he said. Their next thought will be: “I wonder how sick she really is.”

That's like having aides and lobbyists contributing to the writing of legislation.
On the other hand, even if aides and lobbyists do contribute to writing legislation, that legislation goes through committee review, floor debate, two chambers of Congress voting on it, and Presidential signature (unless you have to vote on it to find out what's in it).
Supreme court decisions have nowhere near that kind of vetting before a decision is handed down, which is why we have to rely on the best behavior and judgement of the Justices to know that they gave these top issues of national importance the highest level of prudence.
