Not the big money items, but in the latter section they talk about the millions on dumb studies, etc.

Congress uses about $15 million dollars for postage a year.

They spend about $20 million on commercial flights a year.

There are YUGE savings to be had with the welfare system. And of course, just reducing the number of illegals in the USA, many (most?) of which are scamming the welfare system, would go a long way to covering the cost of the wall.

Heck, people send about $26 Billion dollars a year back to their families in Mexico from the USA. Put a 10% tax on it and in two years you would have the money for the wall.
