Its not the intolerance of progressives that is so insulting. It is the denial of their intolerance that is so abusive.

Because I own a long gun with a pistol grip and a detachable magazine, I had to the end of December to self-identify to the police, present myself for investigation and my gun for inspection, pay fees in order to receive a police-issued permission slip, all to avoid jail time, monetary penalties, and the confiscation and destruction of my gun.

For publicly stating that I will not comply, my daughter has been targeted at her Boulder school, the one with posters celebrating tolerance and diversity all over the walls. My refusal to submit has been commented on by teachers in front of their classes. She has been ganged up on by students and bullied because her father is a murderer. She is worried that I will be taken to jail. As a single dad to her and her handicapped brother, I have to admit Im worried about that too.

Up-stream or down-stream of the Allegan dam?
I’ve outfitted my kayak with a metal detector.
Please...don’t say Morrow Pond.
“She has been ganged up on by students and bullied because her father is a murderer.”
A tacit admission that they do not believe their own claims. After all, if they REALLY thought her daddy was a murderer...
“I ask them when they come to arrest me and confiscate my guns, they give me enough warning, so my kids arent around when they do it.”
There isn’t the slightest chance they will respect such a request. In modern cop world where they play he Iraq fantasy and dress like paratroopers, this would be giving the dreaded AR owner a tip off so he could set an ambush.
Denver is a “home rule” city for whatever reason so they do get a pass. Boulder isn’t as I understand it.
“the problem is that hes now a felon in the eyes of the law”
No he isn’t. Cities do not have felony statutes. That would need to be a state law.
Go John Gault, do not comply with illegal laws. The left only recognizes the laws they agree with.
i thought it was a state law that the city was enforcing- my mistake-
We still have our shirts.
Happy New Year
Oh I’m not saying that will get me off, but I will never call myself a criminal for practicing a constitutional right. These are blatant enemies of the constitution and therefore the United states clearly attacking our constitution of which our politicians and military have sworn to defend. Where are they? This is not how things are done. If people are against a certain constitutional right, then do it the right way to abolish it, but we do not infringe which the 2nd makes quite clear. EVERY single last person in jail right now for owning a firearm is a political prisoner put there by enemies of the United states who are the ones who SHOULD be in jail.
You got it. For your children it’s always best to pretend you agree with illegitimate policies and laws. He should also put a rainbow flag on his front porch. And he should never wear a Trump hat or support the wall. And on Easter he should deny being a Christian three times. It’s not too popular being a Christian.
Your children will admire you as a man a whole lot when they know how you feel and see you tuck your tail and hide it from the world.
Then the po-po will come and tear his house apart. When they find nothing they will tear it apart some more.
Read up on the new Red Flag snitch laws. America is turning into a police state aided by informants.
Crappy Spew Beer
Why not? The state already knows he owns it.....Remember that multi copy form you filled out at the firearm dealer's store, the one that asks if you have ever been convicted of a felony? The one that was the precursor to the IBC?
Not to worry tho, I'm sure there are hundreds if not thousands of 2nd Amendment patriots willing to ride to his aid when law enforcement shows up at his house to demand his AR-15 and the rest of his firearms or they'll take him to jail....../s
That is sooooo terrible. What kind of “currant” was it?
[[If people are against a certain constitutional right, then do it the right way to abolish it,]]
They are doing it the ‘right way’ because unfortunately The problem is, the supreme court ruled that the second amendment is not ‘limitless’- it gave states the right to regulate how it is implemented and controlled unfortunately- - We have the supreme court to ‘thank’ for violating our inalienable right
I believe they even ruled that the 1’st amendment isn’t ‘limitless’ too- because saying certain things at certain times could prove deadly- such as yelling fire in a theater when there is no fire- (We actually CAN yell fire if there is an actual fire- but not if there isn’t one)
Ah, yeah right near the Allegan dam, yeah that’s it, down, definatly down.

Yeah not so much sadly- IF there were, then laws such as colorado’s would not stand because they would face severe consequences IF they tried it in the face of 1000’s of protesters

head’s up- apparently gettign medical marijuana can result in loss of ‘right to own guns’
Medical or Recreational Marijuana Means No Gun Rights

I don’t know about what current firearms a marijuana user may own but they certainly won’t be purchasing any new pistols without lying on their form 4473; its in 11e and the ATF doubled down on it.
