As for the store clerk having the right to refuse service to anyone he likes, let him try refusing to serve a black guy because he is black and see what happens to him. I believe there are several laws against that kind of behavior.

One thing that lurking and posting on FR for nearly 2 decades has taught me is that the more tradcon they are, the less trustworthy they are to have an ally's back. They will in fact turn their back to an ally in the culture wars because they ae narcissists that cant see past their own beliefs about "sinking to their level" or "bad language" or "conservative principles" about letting a private business do whatever they want regardless of the double standards because we can't "be like them".

No, I don't have a lot of faith, or any faith in tradcons or religious conservatives to fight culture wars at all.

I really do not believe what these “this is private property” zealots here are saying is accurate at all.

For example:
A few years ago my cycling team was pedaling bicycles in the desert. We had brought lots of water, sports drinks, and energy food. At the end of a 125-mile day of riding we were dangerously low on our supplies, especially water. We thankfully found a desolate market with plenty of cold drinks, ice, and everything else we needed to rejuvenate.

Our cycling jerseys were predominantly RED in color. Are we to believe if the retail clerk had felt “triggered” that he could order us out of the store and also deny us water (because he theorized we voted for Trump based on clothing color) despite us having plenty of cash?

I personally do not believe retail clerks have that amount of power available to them.

Agreed. As shared in post# 204 above, it seems crazy that a minimum wage clerk (likely in a short-term “pop-up” rental property) could truly assert private property rights.

It is not like the retail customer was trespassing on his ancient remote family property that had been passed for countless generations. The redheaded crybaby was likely a minimum wage clerk working an hourly gig in a store that itself was property rented from a landlord he almost certainly never met.

If the triggered redhead crybaby truly wanted to assert his rights he should have calmly called the police. Then at least the police could have responded to also laugh at that absurd redhead snowflake.
