I saw a similar pic (not quite as frightening) of him/her on a Vogue (?) cover, recently, wearing (what looked like size 12) mesh, high-heeled. black ankle boots.
I was at an airport kiosk and almost tossed my breakfast. I did manage to flip the horrid scene over, so as to spare others of the same, terrifying pic I had to witness.
