BREAKING: Flynn's attorneys say they are now taking the judge up on his offer to delay today's sentencing because he's still cooperating with prosecutors.

Steven P....Judge Sullivan repeats he won't make any promises when it comes time to deliver his sentence.......NOTE -- Flynn's sentencing has not been set for March.

A status hearing, at which both sides will report the situation then in place regarding Flynn's cooperation in other cases, will occur in March.........Sullivan concludes the proceedings by wishing the parties happy holidays.

... including no prison time.......

Judge says that he made a statement about Flynn being a foreign agent and that the special counsel asked for that to be corrected.

Judge says he was not suggesting that Flynn committed treason or other violations........

Judge says the special counsel has no reason to believe defendant committed treason ...

after speaking with him in 19 interviews.......

Judge says ...he was just asking a question [about treason] not suggesting Flynn committed it........

Judge now addressing what distinguishes Flynn's case from Papadopoulos and Van Der Zwaan, adding that the premise of Flynn's case is that the offense occurred in the White House.........

Judge: In not one of those cases was the defendant a high ranking government official while "in the West Wing of the White House” and lied to FBI.........

Flynn's attorney is now making the sentencing statement.........

Why did the judge say “arguably”?

Arguably is often used as positive reinforcement of a statement but it also can mean that something is “debatable” or “questionable”.

Please do not tweet at President Trump today about pardoning Flynn immediately. He has now agreed to help convict his former colleagues for FARA violations & any inference from the president that he is looking into a pardon will be called out as obstruction of justice. We wait.

Someone on twitter brought up a good question...The Judge had to have known Gen. Flynn is still involved in another case....then why the meeting today?...and was there a plea bargain going on during the break?

In another example of the thuggery that has become the American “justice system” the presiding Judge in Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s sentencing hearing suggested from the bench that Flynn should be charged with treason.

“You were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Adviser to the president!” said Judge Emmet Sullivan of United States District Court for the District of Columbia, according to Steven Portnoy of CBS Radio.

“Arguably, this undermines everything this flag over here stands for! Arguably, you sold your country out!” the Judge reportedly continued.

Sorry, but I'm just laughing my a** off here at the libtrolls.

Judge Sullivan went into this hearing under the assumption Flynn worked as an unregistered agent for Turkey WHILE he was Trump's NSA. But that took place before Trump was even POTUS!

Massive mistake they ignore.
