Very few people took notice when far left Governor Jerry Brown signed the changes in AB1921 into law two years ago.
As a result, California lost 7 of its 14 Republican House seats this election cycle.

Thank you for that precise and well formulated opinion. But are these Republicans the only ones in charge? What about Devin Nunes who seems an ardent Trump supporter? He should know what’s going on if he is from California. And there should, one would think, be others. But your point is well received.
No, I meant are the California Democrats harvesting votes in other countries...as well as the USA?
“We’re offering this new service, but only tell, like, people who are supporting the democratic party.”

Its disheartening to see how stupid our elected republicans can be. Its bad enoughwhen the democrats secretly cheat, and republicans do nothing. But when democrats pass laws to make cheating legal, and republicans do nothing, it really seems hopeless.
dont be an apologist for the fraud. The fraudsters were elected and appointed to office by gaming the system to cover up the various frauds, then used their advantage to consolidate power and make a law to enable easy concealment of the fraud.
They need to compare the amount of votes cast vs the total numbers of registered voters in each of those districts and then granularly look at each precinct to see how many registered voters there are vs the number of votes counted. That is how the investigation can start.
“Politics isnt, and maybe never has been, about making the state or country better. Its been about $$”
It’s more than just money - although that’s a big part of it. For many in politics it’s about ego and stature. Pelosi doesn’t need the money at this point, but her pathetic ego pushes her to be Speaker - and she’ll try to crush anyone who stands in her way. Hillary wants to be President not because of the Foundation, etc. She wants to be President because it fulfills her narcissistic need to be ‘special’ and historic.
Then you have those motivated by ideology and resentment: “I’m going to set things right.” They are the scariest. Nonetheless, they are all scary.
TERM LIMITS!
I stand corrected.
It happens about 3 times a day :)
Whatever happened to term limits?
Wasn’t there gonna be a vote on that some years back or so?
But who gives up a job where YOU vote on your own pay raise?
They just wear the red jersey to fool the rubes.
Shut up and pay yer taxes.
“But who gives up a job where YOU vote on your own pay raise?”
I know. Unbelievable.
News flash: They don't vote on their pay raises any more...

Correct! As the man said, "If voting meant anything they wouldn't let us do it."
You could have just stated it without the “news flash” :)
I submit to your superior knowledge and keeping up to date through the years on any and all news.
Pat yourself on the back if that’s what makes you get through the day :)
Okay. I meant my comment as an aside as well.
I would like to see ONE Thing done about this, and it should be totally non-controversial.
ALL names of people who cast absentee ballots are known, because the names are on the envelopes.
After each election, a letter should be sent to every person whose name and address appeared on an absentee ballot, with a return postcard asking one question: Did you submit an absentee ballot.
That way, people can find out that someone is criminally taking their vote from them, and we can get some rough idea of how bad the situation is.
Maybe every postcard comes back with a “yes, I did”, in which case, ballot harvesting is simply a really good way for dedicated people to get more people to vote for their candidates, and republicans need to get on the ball.
Or maybe half the postcards don’t come back, which makes us believe the people don’t actually live at those addresses.
Or worse, half the postcards come back with “I didn’t do absentee ballots, I went and voted at my precinct, or I didn’t vote, or “I’m not even ALLOWEd to vote”.
In which case we’d finally have the evidence that there was widespread cheating, evidence we don’t have now because it is IMPOSSIBLE to collect that evidence.
Seems like they could have an actionable case to sue for disenfranchisement.
At the very least, *unequal* protection under the law.
I'd think that the Supreme Court could shut this down.
