Was it insoired by the rapper “Notorious BIG”? If so, are liberals pushing rap nomenclature as a term of endearment?

RGB was positive Hillary would win and wanted the "first woman president" to be the one to choose her successor. She would have retired immediately after her inauguration. She was likely looking very much forward to it.
She must have been utterly shell-shocked the morning of November 9, 2016.

What if the next one to step down isn’t Ruth Bader but Justice Thomas? He’s in his 70s and may want to step down while the Donald is still president so as to get a conservative to replace him.
