REALITY CHECK This is in the Clinton-era Flores Settlement decree and has created a massive loophole allowing C/A family units to illegally cross the border and enter the US after a short detention.
This loophole is well-known among economic illegals......
(A) he law is a magnet for family units, and,
(B) lets smugglers use children to gain access to the US by posing a family unit.
One common fraud is illegals claiming children they do not have (borrowing other’s kids even) to increase their EITC checks.

Well, he got his answers. Sorry if it’s not the answers he was looking for. Get in line and come in the RIGHT way.
If he thinks it’s cold in Mexico, he doesn’t want to come even further north to the U.S. He’d be in for a big surprise.
There are very few, who are turning back. The vast majority are staying and still intend to get into the US.
Fox News just talk to one, who has no intention of going back.
