The best part about this is they thought they were going to give the new Rat Governor 3 FLA SC Judges on his first day in office.

Can you share more details? Does that mean 3 old guys are sitting waiting for the next dem gov so they can retire? Or can Desantis name 3?

Don’t you know about the “beto” effect?

It seems losing a gubernatorial race is a stepping stone to the Presidency.

That was Governor Lepetomane’s mistake: winning. And not insisting on more “Hrumph’s.”

There’s three vacancies on the court currently. Desantis will nominate all of them when he wins.

The Democrats’ efforts to steal this one failed.

It just goes to show that if you stand up to these people and fight, they WILL back down. The problem is that we have so few Republicans willing to fight.

Desantis can name 3.
The Florida supreme court ruled that Scott couldn’t name the 3 replacements before he left. It was left up to the new governor.

Zero chance. He has the race card and the Dem card. He’s untouchable.
