They’re already violent. That barrier has been crossed. Antifa operates nationwide. A GOP leader in the House was shot and nearly killed, a GOP Senator battered and nearly killed. GOP officials have been surrounded by mobs at their homes and in private businesses. Death threats and rape threats are now common practice. Democratic Senators and Congressmen openly encourage mob violence as well.
We’re there. The question is what are we going to do about it. IMO the proper starting point is declare Antifa a terrorist organization and mass arrest its leaders.

Have you noticed the fear in the media as Mitch is saying he will confirm a justice if one occurs in Trump’s 4th year if a vacancy should occur. The notorious RBG wanted to retire after this year, now it’s two more and she knows she isn’t up to it. That’s why I suspect she will retire now after this term.

I see a positive aspect for the idea of “delegitimizing” the SC. They have too much power that s/h never been granted whether in law or the body politic mind. It could be a good thing!!! This is not nor never s/h come to be a fact. Silver lining?
