I see a positive aspect for the idea of “delegitimizing” the SC. They have too much power that s/h never been granted whether in law or the body politic mind. It could be a good thing!!! This is not nor never s/h come to be a fact. Silver lining?

On that point I hardily agree. Where in the Constitution is the supremacy of the Supreme Court above the executive branch or the legislative branch?

Only under Republican administrations does some yahoo judge from Hawaii think he can legislate to the nation from the bench.

As we all know, the left, destroying everything they touch, have utterly basterdized the courts as being nothing more than the liberal’s political backstop or leverage point. That they are now in jeopardy of losing this is what is causing all the rage on the left.
