Should Abortion Be Only A Womans Choice Or Should Men Have Reproductive Rights Too? live stream

It matters because it gives the illusion of accomplishment while doing nothing to advance the legally binding rights of babies, or fathers.
All it legally accomplishes is a detente between pro life and pro choice.
Nobody wants to give up sexual immorality. In my opinion, we’re stuck with unlimited abortion until Christ returns in glory, because you can’t have a free-fornication society without it.
Somebody, please prove that I’m wrong.
But I'll always favor partial victory over no victory at all.
One single solitary baby is mentioned who was saved from the Egyptian Pharaoh's mega-infanticide in the book of Exodus.
That one was Moses.
It made a difference.
I know what you mean.
It is the argument of the ostrich.
I’m not sure I know what you mean, but what I mean is that it’s one thing to state your position “in a vacuum” or on FR, but it’s something else to engage with people in real life. In real life, you start at whatever point you’re given, and you argue to the point where the interlocutor disengages, and you hope you or someone else gets another chance at them.
The science is very clear. Has a human female ever given birth to a non human? No! So the end result of gestation not interrupted by disease, trauma,, or malnutrition will always be human. As that is the case it is mandatory then that those seeking to end the life of the entity in a woman’s body prove beyond any doubt that they are not ending the life of an innocent human. Without that proof every abortion is the taking of innocent life. That is not theology. That is biology.
Many countries today (most of them Muslim) seriously limit or prohibit abortion. Again, it doesn't stop all abortions but it sure makes a dent.
No law has ever stopped smacking infants against a wall. But it's better to have a law, than not.
It's also far better to have a lawful marital-intercourse normed culture. These have been normal throughout history. Hence the term "norm."
Abortion was practically never-to-be-spoken-of in my mother's youth, and that was not in the Jurassic. She told me that when she first, inher 20's, heard that "if you know who to ask, you can get one in NYC" she thought it was surely only prostitutes and mobsters.
Justice does not prevail on this earth. Laws against sodomizing seminarians doesn't even stop bishops sodomizing seminarians, laws against Fentanyl don't stop Fentanyl. But one does what one can.
I agree that it’s better to have a law, and that a law makes a difference in the numbers. I’m just saying that I don’t think it’s likely we’ll ever, again, have a law in the United States.
Well, no, I don’t really mean that. In the hypothetical absence of Roe v. Wade, some states would roll back the total abortion license, and that would save lives. That’s a good outcome.
With that view, I should feel more positively, but the cloud of sin and hatred around the whole issue of sex just oppresses me.
Was that against the law? I thought that fell under, "I don't care what consenting adults do in the bedroom." Isn't this the outcome you wanted? (Not you, personally, but you, the generality.)
Agreed 100%. If someone lies to the Judge what more can be done other than DNA testing which is expensive and out of reach for most young fathers. Having said that, even many falsely accused have had to bear the burden of massive child support payments even though it was shown that the father was someone other than the accused.
Why? You position is ubiquitous in FR. Anyone who isnt pro life is outta here.
We need to formulate new tactics in places like this; not rehash the old.
I have been pursuing the fathers rights angle for years now, and thank God its finally gaining some traction. And its getting traction because it serves the interests of both the prayerful AND the profane to the benefit of both unborn AND fathers.
Who it doesnt benefit is women unless you count incentives to traditional sexual mores a benefit.
I disagree. I don’t think a consistent pro-life position is at all the norm. Even more, advocacy of chastity is very much a minority position.
Are you saying that, “Both parents get a shot at killing the baby,” is a pro-life position?
That train has left the station. The best you can hope for is to prevent unwanted pregnancies, and I guarantee you the most EFFECTIVE way of preventing pregnancies is leave women holding the bag if they DO get pregnant.
Dont do the act
If youre not prepared for the results
Got it morons ?
Grow up
I know youve been freeping long enough to know Jims rules. Are you really trying to plead ignorance?
Are you saying that, Both parents get a shot at killing the baby, is a pro-life position?
Of course not!
Im saying allow men to sign off of their parental rights and responsibilities prior to live birth.
That wont solve the problem, but at least it will return the societal dynamic back to what it was before the advent of legal abortion.
Unfortunately, women, even freeper women, dont want to hear that as a solution, because it doesnt obligate anyone to share their burden.
I notice in the recent Kavanaugh spectacle and all these liberated women
They still whine and play victim and the legitimacy of sex is determined by the behavior of the man
Not very empowered of them
I have been groped by women uninvited
It was clumsy but I didnt feel violated
My first wife called me when I was in the barracks in Germany. It was 1985 - no cell phones.
I had to go down to the CQ desk to take the call. Two people sitting at the desk could hear every word I said on the phone. My soon-to-be ex-wife was in Atlanta, I was in Augsburg, Germany.
It seems that our lovemaking before I went to Germany had borne fruit. But, as my wife explained to me, she had got an abortion of the child that we created, because she did not want to be pregnant after she joined me in Germany. She wanted to tour Europe free of this handicap.
I slid to the floor in front of the CQ desk, and whispered into the phone, You did what?, trying my best not to let the CQ folks hear this conversation.
She joined me in Germany a month later, and we began touring Europe. She mustve thought that the baby she killed was easily replaceable. We tried every way possible to become pregnant again you name it, different positions, rhythm method, etc. - but it never happened.
We were frustrated in this way for three years in Germany. But she got to tour Europe!
I divorced her the minute we returned to the states. I found my second wife and we were pregnant even before we were married.
I now have two wonderful daughters!
What do you mean by “leave women holding the bag”?
