it is ironic how some of the commie leftist ideologues on the court are just NOW getting “concerned” about itrs politicization.... they expressed no such concerns while they were ‘ruling the roost’ on the court for the CPUSADNC

Interesting that these words can be used against them. Fairness is in viewing the Constitution as a contract. Fairness is not the way they muck through unconstitutional court precedent.
