I can’t imagine that they would have loony Lee to do some sort of surreptitious , nefarious payoff in public with a bunch of cameras running ...
They would use some anonymous senate staffer to pass it in the parking garage.
More likely, she is hot for the guy and was giving him an envelope of naughyt ‘Polaroids’ of herself, (or an invitation to a party somewhere.
