Will it be a lot? No. Will it be enough in close elections? Maybe.
Look at the special elections. Has there been a 'Red Wave'? No. They've been mixed results.

what I have\had been seeing prior to this is repub primary turnout seemed to be way better than the RATs. Does this have any relationship to the general election ? If the trend holds, the RATs are SOL.
