What exactly are Indians seeking asylum from....low wages?
Oh ... THOSE kind of Indians. If they were the Injun kind, I might be inclined to give them a pass if they were following cattle or something.
Yes, and they are all living in my neighborhood.
any and every can cross from canada or mexico. Or just fly here and stay.
On a recent TV news report, the second highest nationality crossing the border illegally were from India. Some 3500 so far this year at a single crossing point. Of course Mexico represented the highest number of illegal border crossers.

Patel?
“Asylum”
What a crock.
They come to buy a Best Western franchise....
We have the Patel Brothers all over the place - they do have good stores, pretty cheap and the best papadams for the home cook! I buy all my spices there.

Apaches or Comancheros?.................
My first thought after seeing the headline was “feather or dot?”
We also owe them for helping us get Texas. Santa Ana envisioned Texas as a buffer state to protect northern Mexico from the Comanche. Didn't quite work out that way.

Here the joke I told a Patel hotel owner I met in Panama ( the country.)
There are motels.
There are hotels.
And then there are Patels.
He got a laugh out of it.
I know they buy up motels as well. One by me has bedbugs if Google Reviews is anything to go by!
