100% Clickbait and appears to be content, almost word-for-word from other sites. Skip it.
Looks like the link comes from an email newsletter. When software like mailchimp is used, there’s metadata in their to show where the link is sourced. It’s how websites/companies can tell what type of marketing is working best for them. In this case, it shows newsletter but it could show as a link on facebook or twitter etc.
No big deal
That being said, that site has more ads and outgoing links than original content.
