Unfortunately, ABC, like every other broadcast network and most cable news outlets, is not fair and balanced
Several weeks ago, ABC made a major public spectacle of firing Roseanne Barr for posting an offensive tweet about former Obama White House Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett. Within hours of the tweet, Barr was removed from her successful show. Of course, on the program, Barr portrayed a Trump supporting middle class woman spouting traditional American values. Her show found a huge viewing audience because it was not the usual mix of a leftist agenda with politically correct dialogue. Even though she apologized, ABC had no qualms about removing Barr, and investigating the possibility of continuing the show without Roseanne.
I don’t watch ABC, NBC, or CBS or their affiliates. No problem.
Exactly; don’t watch them at all.
She doesn’t need protecting; rather quarantine.
AbsoluteBullCrap network is a good fit.
But you may be funding them. It is not enough to not watch them. They are all in the basic bundle. They get a cable subscriber fee from every cable subscriber. You dont even have to turn on your tv.

Nice pointing out the hypocrisy vis-a-vis ABC’s treatment of Barr vs Goldberg. There is one difference, albeit subtle.
Barr publicly tweeted her remarks while, essentially, a representative of ABC/Disney. Goldberg’s attack on Pirro was not on the air, racially tinged or seen in public. At worst, her tirade was backstage.
Plus, you have to understand that, to the left, words like the f-bomb are not offensive except when uttered by conservatives. Whereas comparing an African-American to a monkey (despite most leftists believing we ALL come from monkeys) is a remark considered a racial attack. To my knowledge, there was nothing racial about what Goldberg said to Pirro.
