There are no policies to point to, all they have is hand waving arguments and double talk. The true definition of "racist" is making a negative comment about a person or group of people AND USING IT TO MAKE ALL OF YOUR DECISION ABOUT A TYPE OF PERSON. All white guys are bad at sports so I am not choosing any for my team - now that is racist.

Over using and not using the word correctly will only make it less offensive over time. Telling someone to "go home" means just that - shut up and go home. Our national flower must be a pansy and our national bird must be a chicken.
