The motions by Todd Engel's lawyer, Warren Markowitz, to have Bureau of Land Management whistle blower Larry Wooten give a deposition and add his testimony to the record of the case have been joined by the new lawyer for Greg Burleson.
Burleson is serving a 68 year, three month sentence after being convicted proving his innocence withheld at the trial by federal prosecutors.
Meanwhile, Engel is approaching sentencing next month in Las Vegas (July 19th) before US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro. He was convicted in the trial with Burleson based on the hiding of evidence proving his innocence.
Engel thinks Navarro has too hot a potato with Wooten's serious allegations against federal law enforcement and prosecutors in the Bunkerville case and will punt on the motions.
He expects her to free him instead of imposing a jail sentence.
Meanwhile, a woman who has been supporting Greg Burleson at the Allenwood federal prison in Pennsylvania, approached Vice President Mike Pence about both men (Greg Burleson and Todd Engel).
Pence came to Pennsylvania on a campaign visit the other day and Karen Drum says that while she was unable to present letters about both men to the Vice-President, she did ask him to remember Burleson and Engel.

Good they should both go free. Murders don’t get 68 years. It’s insane.
Fascist DoJ, Kangaroo Federal Court. Not unlike the collusion of Weasels Mueller, Comey and RosenWeasel trumping up charges to GET TRUMP! .
Yes a mistake.
