NYAG Eric Schneiderman Gave Clinton Foundation a Pass on Identifying Foreign Donors By S.Noble - May 9, 20181
Sleazy Eric Schneiderman (recently ousted from his NYAG office for slapping choking and spitting on women he as intimate with), appears to have let the Clinton Foundation skip identifying foreign donors. He gave them a pass on its charitable findings according to a recent report. This makes it impossible to know if Hillary granted special favors while she was secretary of state.
From the NY Post:Scripps News found that the foundation and its subsidiary, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, took in $225 million in government donations between 2010 and 2014.
New York’s charity law clearly states: “Organizations that received a contribution or grant from a government agency during the reporting period shall include the name of each agency from which contributions were received and the amount of each contribution.” But both the foundation and the CHAI failed to do that, and Schneiderman, a member of Clinton’s “leadership council” in New York and a fierce critic of Donald Trump, did nothing about it.

Wall Street financial analyst and investor Charles Ortel believes he can demonstrate material irregularities in the state registrations and federal filings of what today is known as the Clinton Health Access Initiative Inc., or CHAI.....a mega-funded “charity.”
“These irregularities are of sufficient magnitude that if any of the 50 state attorneys general should present the evidence to a federal district judge, I believe an injunction would be ordered, shutting down the Clinton Foundation and placing the organization in receivership,” he said.
BACKSTORY Ira C. Magaziner, who was a Rhodes scholar with Mr. Clinton and ran Mrs. Clinton’s failed attempt at a health care overhaul in the 1990s, runs the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Magaziner’s salary is $400,000 annual....plus the many perks that go along w/ a “charity” that budgets $100 million per year.
CHAI received hundreds of millions from foreign nations between 2009 and 2014, including: the UK ($79.7 million), Australia ($58.6 million), Norway ($38.1 million), Canada ($12.1 million), Ireland ($11.7 million), Sweden ($7.2 million), and New Zealand ($1.2 million).
A Boston Globe investigative report found that foreign donations “sharply accelerated” to CHAI when Hillary Clinton became secretary of state. “Government grants, nearly all from foreign countries, doubled to $55.9 million in 2013 from $26.7 million in 2010, according to the records,” the report said.
The CHAI health initiative broke off into a nonprofit separate from the Clinton Foundation in 2010, though it is still chaired by Bill and Chelsea Clinton. The charities have remained intertwined. CHAI received a $2 million cash grant from the Clinton Foundation for “Haiti relief,” according to the group’s 2013 tax filing. It received a $4 million cash grant from the foundation for “program service” in 2012.
Magaziner formerly ran the foundation’s Clinton Climate Initiative while also running CHAI, though he ceded control over the environmental group late last year. He was paid $415,000 in salary and consulting fees from the Clinton Foundation in 2013, according to Politico. Bruce Lindsey, Bill Clinton’s longtime lawyer and chairman of the board of the Clinton Foundation, was the highest paid official at CHAI, paid $398,159 in salary and benefits in 2013 as a board member.
Reporting by Reuters has already forced the Clinton Foundation to admit that at a minimum its IRS filings from 2010 through 2012 and those of its Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) from 2012 and 2013 are works of fiction.
According to Reuters, “[f]or three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and U.S. governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.”

Starting in July 2016, the Dallas office of the IRS finally began an investigation into Clinton Foundation public filings, prodded by Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and other congressional Republicans. Missing disclosures concerning donations from foreign governments, and other glaring discrepancies, should have been resolved and should have triggered payment of substantial fines, penalties, and interest to government treasuries long ago. Supposedly, the FBI has been investigating the Clinton Foundation for over a year and a half. Nothing has happened. This is more evidence of corruption by the self described "secret society" at the highest levels of the FBI and DOJ. This is more evidence showing how dirty and dishonest Comey truly is.

Correct. In order to survive a motion to dismiss, Byrne will have to show that his business or property has been damaged as a result of the racketeering activity, that he was the intended victim of the racketeering activity, and that the racketeering activity was the proximate cause of the injury. Stated another way, to survive a motion to dismiss, Byrne must allege in detail that defendants carried out or conspired to carry out a pattern of racketeering activity through the "Clinton enterprise" with the specific intent of causing harm to Byrne's business or property, and the harm was an intended and foreseeable consequence of the racketeering activity.

Why do you say that? He has alleged particularized harms to him from the acts of the co-conspirators, in fact showing that much of it is well-documented in the public press.

A respected Wall Street analyst who has been investigating the Clinton Foundation’s finances alleges the “Big Four” accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers was a willing participant in a scheme by the Clintons and their associates to become personally enriched by the foundation, a crime known as inurement.
Charles Ortel, a frequent guest on Bloomberg television and a contributor to the Washington Times and others, says in a draft report that he found “the PWC accounting work product for 2013 is riddled with uncorrected errors and falsehoods” as well as procedural defects so severe he has raised the possibility “the Clinton Foundation might be PWC’s Enron.”
His reference is to the fall of Arthur Andersen LLP, previously one of the “Big Five” accounting firms. Andersen surrendered its license to practice as a certified public accounting firm after being found guilty of criminal charges in its auditing of Enron, the Texas-based energy company that filed for bankruptcy in 2001.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has not replied to numerous requests from WND, by email and by telephone, to comment. Ortel also asked PWC a number of questions based on his investigation and has received no reply.
WND has previously reported in a series of stories, beginning in April, that Ortel has found “irregularities” of a “sufficient magnitude” that the Clinton Foundation should be shut down.
He says that “if any of the 50 state attorneys general should present the evidence to a federal district judge, I believe an injunction would be ordered, shutting down the Clinton Foundation and placing the organization in receivership.”
Arthur Andersen’s “descent from conscience of the accounting industry to accused felon didn’t happen overnight,” Wall Street Journal staff reporters Ken Brown and Ianthe Jean Dugan wrote in 2002. “Rather, it stemmed from a series of management miscues and compromises over the decades.”
Whatever becomes of this action against the Clintons (likely nothing), it is certain the next elected democrat president will engage against the Trump Foundation with the intent on jailing as many Trump children as possible. They should be working now to minimize their exposure. The media will ignore covering the current lawsuit, but will engage in active assistance against Trump.
