In the first one, Trump wants Congress to act and so he took an unpopular policy and enforced it, which is going to lead to a legislative action. Now we get to the second big Trump score.

I dono, if feels like a loss to me. You had the gopE, dnc and msm gin-up all this phony outrage and hysteria over enforcing the law as written. That's a good idea. Tweeting photos (modified to read "Obama 2014") will get them out to the public and have the fit throwing liberals screaming about them.
