Not exactly difficult for Oswald to claim as he's going to work that day that he's carrying 'curtain rods'. Which is what he did.

The light-weight, high-velocity bullet from the AR15, which you might expect to disappear to parts unknown, instead struck the same target Oswald had been aiming at - the President's brain pan (once again, Murphy's Law). It explains everything, from the different bullet wounds to the decades-long government coverup. And it is entirely compatible with the Laws of Nature.
