The Ultimate John Kennedy Assassination Theory [Updated]
Janitor's view ^ | May 29, 2018 | Reasonmclucus

Posted on 05/29/2018 8:33:59 AM PDT by kathsua

For decades the debate over who killed President John F. Kennedy has involved one group who claims Lee Harvey Oswald did it and another blaming the CIA. They continue to ignore the possibility both claims are correct. The CIA is a spy organization. Some of its agents masquerade as supporters of the enemy so they can get inside enemy organizations.

[A few hours after posting on this subject I thought of a major reason why many of us believe Oswald might have been working for someone else instead of acting on his own. I'll add it as a post script.]

Oswald could easily have been such a covert agent. If so he would have been a logical choice to kill Kennedy. The CIA might have hoped Oswald's apparent support for Cuban President Fidel Castro would cause public opinion to demand retaliation against Castro. Oswald might have planned "to give into" expected intensive interrogation and say the Cuban government had told him to shoot Kennedy.

I don't have any information that Oswald was or wasn't associated with the CIA. Of course the CIA would never admit if he was with the CIA. His previous flirtations with Russia and Cuba might have been efforts to gain information for the CIA. The communists lack of interest in him could have indicated they were suspicious of his motives.

I have always been troubled by the fact that someone with Oswald's background was allowed to be where he was on that fateful day. The previous school year I had done a research paper on the Secret Service. My research indicated that the Secret Service would normally have prevented someone like Oswald from being in a building along the motorcade route.

One fact that wasn't known to the public at the time was that one of the last actions taken by the CIA's predecessor, the OSS, was the killing of General George Patton.

I have no interest in pursuing this theory further I'll leave that decision up to those who are more familiar with the incident than I am.

P.S. We get our beliefs about subjects such as killers from related historical events and from fiction events in television shows and movies. The assassination of John Kennedy didn't fit the pattern of other presidential assassinations and assassination attempts. Presidents Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield and William McKinley were all killed at short range. President Ronald Reagan was shot at short range. Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme tried to shoot President Gerald Ford at close range. The Puerto Ricans who attempted to shoot their way into President Harry Truman's residence wanted to get close enough to kill him.

The assassination of Kennedy fits the pattern of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King who was shot by paid killer James Earl Ray from concealment at a distance with a rifle. Oswald shot Kennedy from concealment at a distance with a rifle. On television and in movies professional killers. generally fire at their intended victims from concealment at a distance with a rifle

Typical presidential assassins seem to want people to know what they have done. John Wilkes Booth killed Abraham Lincoln in front of people attending a play. Professional killers usually want to get away with their crimes so they try to avoid being identified

There are differing accounts on that.

Each is entitled to their view. Not worth discussing with persons who call others names. That is all.

Differing accounts on Kennedy's route being published?!

Where did all those hundreds of spectators come from?

As stated above, the motorcade route was published in advance on November 19:

I live in San Antonio and saw the president on November 21. His motorcade route was published at least a week before his arrival.

The route was reported to have been changed and evidence was presented that Oswald was not aware of the route. These are ‘reasonable’ points for consideration. They are not conclusive just as your point references are not conclusive.

Ok, that’s all we are going to exchange for now. Anything further is a waste.

Wait, you're actually sticking with that nobody knew Kennedy was actually coming!?

Again, where did the crowd come from?

I am so glad you mentioned Wikipedia’s discussion of the JFK assassination:

He had neither the expertise nor the equipment nor the environment to pull that off.

Therefore we are not being told the whole story.

I think even Wikipedia sometimes gets at the truth. This is beyond refutation.

Maybe this 1992 Commentary article eviscerating the movie JFK will shed some light on the subject:

At bottom, people will believe what they want to believe. These conspiracy theories are sheer fantasy proving how gullible and credulous most conspiracy theorist are.

Riiight. He had all of it.

A hothead Marine sharpshooter with an easy shot with a scoped rifle into a convertible.

Strange coincidences... or not? You be the judge:

Kennedy was shot in a car and ran to a theater. Lincoln ran to a car and was shot in a theater. JFK’s secretary was in the Lincoln Continental that Teddy crashed at Chappaquidick, and she then swam to a Dairy Queen. There is no real correlation there, but it’s interesting since her name was Jack “Ruby” Dee. The same Ruby Dee who was once in an Elvis movie with… yep, Freddy Mercury! The circle tightens…

Lincoln had illicit relations with one-time president/actress Monroe and ran to a brothel. He then swam across Chappaquidick and was shot in a compromising position… by Keith “Smooth-as-Silk” Wilkes-Booth, who went on to become a Laker legend.

The mortally wounded Kennedy ran from a brothel and had illicit relations with his wife Jackie Kennedy… who’s maiden name was eerily similar to Aunt Bee’s real name. The very same Aunt Bee who had NEVER set foot in the fictional town of Dallas RFD. And then, most amazingly, Barney Fife shot Liberty Valance and ran to the Grassy Knoll—just outside the Claudine Longet/Jean Claude Killy theater.

So the only logical explanation for all of this is that the assassin was clearly Andy Griffith, acting with help from the CIA’s Billy Jo (Umbrella Man), Bobby Jo (Red Dress Lady) and Betty Jo (Zapruder Girlfriend). You want proof? Floyd the barber came up from his chair, stroked out and fell dead on the floor when he heard the news of the JFK assassination, and just guess what he called his hair station—located near a Mayberry Triple X theater that Andy used to frequent, arm-in-arm with Helen Crump and Thelma Lou? A Booth.

Boom! (The same sound heard in both assassinations!)

That about wraps ‘er up in a little lebowski

The article I saw said that Sirhan had been hypnotized to kill Robert Kennedy. It's probably nonsense, but it's more likely that that somebody else shot RFK.

I guess it's like that with the JFK and MLK assassinations. If you have to have a conspiracy theory, it will be more believable if you speculate about other involved in the conspiracy, rather than postulate another shooter.

I always wondered where an "unemployed drifter" like James Earl Ray got all that money and all those passports. I don't think that question was ever really answered.

Somehow he was getting money from somebody -- maybe not to kill King, but what else did he have to offer anybody?

James Earl Ray was a small time thief, robber and forger who had escaped from a Missouri prison in 67'.

'Drifter' was coined by conspiracy theorists, he was actually quite clever and always coming up with money making schemes.

I am a bona fide "conspiracy theorist" and I don't take offense at your comment. Actually I am a little jealous of you, because there is a big wide world out there you have yet to understand--and someday you will have the experience of lifting off the blinders and seeing patterns you did not know existed. For now we agree to disagree..

You’re wrong on all three counts. Read Bugliosi’s 1600 page book. It details Oswald’s shooting capabilities, the weapon used, and the environment — in overwhelming, footnoted detail.

I don't believe James Earl Ray was the guy who pulled the trigger on King. Have read some good stuff on that and I just don't buy that one and neither do a number of others.

I also do not believe that Patton was assassinated either. The way he died and the matter of the accident would not hold water as a planned killing.

Oswald is indeed a curiosity for a number of reasons and after all this time and all I have read, I am still not convinced Oswald acted along or maybe was still just a patsy in the whole thing.

Sirhan Sirhan confessed to the LA Police and it was recorded.

He also admitted doing it in open court saying it was in retribution for the creation of Israel.

Irrelevant. Oswald had to be briefed as to time and place ad to have a weapon.

Frame 513 was eventually declassified and blew open wide the Warren rush to judgment. That assassination has no satisfactory conclusion.

You’re wasting time here. There are dozens of reputable forensic examiners and investigators with impeccable reputations that say the Warren Report was a sham. They don’t have conclusive answers but the Warren Report is pretty much garbage.

In my OPINION. Oswald was a Patsy and Ruby was a hit man to take him out, standard CIA operating procedure.

Now we know Oswald was CIA connected.

Today the Agency uses MS-13 nubes looking to be ‘made’, then after the nubes perform a whack they themselves get whacked when they show up for payday, usually 24 to 48 hours later. DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES.
