Supporting the Bill of Rights and securing the borders is now considered “far right” politics?

Dear, delusional Trevor.

It’s his team that has lowered the level of discourse in the country, not the Trump people. So, having taken that faux issue off of the table, I would like to see Mr. Noah list all of the negative effects of the Trump presidency thus far.

To the barking moonbats who listen to Noam Chomsky, Amy Bin Goodman, Ted Rall, and Michael Moore... anything to the right of that including NPR and CNN is ‘conservative’ with some ‘moderate’ voices and corporate America’s talking points.

However, comedy has served as Noah’s coping mechanism, and while he feels the current political environment has become frightening compared to what he called “a benign existence under Barack Obama,” he said humor can function as a good release for people.

A "benign existence" under Barack Obama? Seriously? "Benign" is NOT the word that comes to mind when I think about the horrific Obama years.

Trevor Noah is an idiot, and NOT funny. On election night 2016, Noah's brilliantly witty comment about Trump's victory was: "This is the first time I am officially sh!tting my pants."

What a laff riot!

Noah is telling the world as long as we're getting rich we'll give up all the social progress that's been made. I know.

Maybe, but he could also be talking about "tone" -- not about people who don't care about hate because their making money, but about people who cringe at some of the President's comments but like how the country is prospering.

I can't imagine that Noah loves Trump -- he thinks things are getting "scarier" -- under Trump, but he has a way of expressing himself that's more restrained than others in the media, and capable of being read in different ways by different people. That "scarier," for example, may or to race relations or to uncertainty about Iran and other foreign matters.

P.S. Noah may have a way with words, but the woman who wrote the article doesn't:

He also stressed that Democrats may not be able to pull the reigns in, suggesting that the party has, in effect, impeded its own success.

I think many of these people have no idea how much the voters were surprised at the reaction of the left after the election.

It started out insane and progressed to a critical mass of lunacy...the riots, the demonstrations, the accusations, the abusive language and the media encouraging it all.

I have seen a few elections and have never seen such reaction. And the “right” side found something to be happy about, like the increasingly good things that were happening and more people wanted to join the happy people.
What is occurring is the most natural thing in the world.

First we have Willie Brown of San Francisco, now we have Trevor Noah. Are they starting to see the light?

Since they all read from the same page sounds like the DS is feeling the heat.

“I think people also underestimate how many people in America are willing to accept the adverse effects of Donald Trump as they pertain to the general discourse in America, versus the economy and how people actually feel in their daily lives.”

Trevor Noah admonishishes his fellow liberals not to underestimate the Trump appeal, but then proceeds to make the same mistake himself.

He makes the mistake of assuming that everyone agrees that there are “adverse effects of Donald Trump as they pertain to the general discourse in America” - that need to be overlooked.

"social progress"

Precisely why they are called the DELUSIONAL Lying Left.

"Social progress" in Leftist terms means GLOBAL TOTALITARIAN GOVERNMENT.

Meanwhile the Left calls the destruction of the family, infanticide, sodomy, and the spirit of antichrist, "social progress".

These will be the ones - those that don't repent and come to Jesus - who will after Christ take his saints outta here, usher in the catastrophic seven-year tribulation that will be so horrific they won't believe it while it's happening.

Their "social progress" will bring WWIII, death to all believers, manifestation of killer demons on the earth, darkness such as never has been seen on earth, and, eventually, death to the whole world except for a remnant of Israel hiding in the mountains.

So much for Leftist "social progress" AKA Fabian Socialism AKA death.
