It's been half a year since Phil Murphy was elected governor and more than 100 days since he's been on the job. But few people know seem to know this. Earlier this month, a Stockton University Poll found that Murphy remains a virtual unknown to a sizable part of the population. One in three respondents said they were either not familiar with Murphy (10 percent) or were unsure of what to think of him (23 percent). Can it really be that a state of 9 million people knows little to nothing about its chief executive? We decided to put it to the test.

If you’re talking about stage presence, former mayor Chris Christie was such a unique and dominant personality, most succeeding mayor would pale in comparison.
The same thing happened in San Francisco after Gavin Newsome
left the mayor’s office. Mike Lee took over, and was a very low key kind of politician. San Fran is used to overblown personas such as Willie Brown. Mike Lee was more dedicated to getting things done, vs setting the moral tone for his agenda.

Still hatin’ on Christie. Murphy who?

Mike Lee was more dedicated to getting things done, vs setting the moral tone for his agenda. Phil Murphy is dedicated to raising fees and taxes to the point where everyone will know and curse the SOBs name.

The new dude is Jon Corzine 2.0, rich Goldman guy buying himself a governorship and prepared to tax and spend the state into oblivion. A typical Goldman clown who spent a career in finance and still does not know the first thing about it.

Murphy said he would turn NJ into pot legal and sanctuary state. Nobody had the time to care. Kim Gaudagno put up a weak fight, had zero GOP support and nobody bothers to campaign in South Jersey. NJ is ruled from Trenton on up. I will be leaving soon.
