Every cent given to Sub-Saharan Africa in aid is a cent thrown away. It either gets pocketed by corrupt, kleptocratic government, or, if by some miracle it actually reaches the African masses, the aid only exacerbates their problems by helping them produce more offspring that neither they nor their resources can support.
But hey, all that aid makes the donors feel good about themselves, so I suppose it's alright. I just wish they'd limit it to private charities and keep tax dollars out of it.

AFRICA is giving nothing to anyone outside Africa Not true! Africa gives western liberals great moral certitude and self-righteousness! It gives them the massive narrative of guilt they need to hector and suppress political opponents in their own countries!

Would I be politically incorrect, if I said visiting Africa, is not exactly on my bucket list?

Africa is exporting Africans all over the world, where they bring the African experience to previously non-diversified places.

Blame the Eugenic policies of the West.
Global warming is meme used to push population control.
The poverty that exists is either exacerbated by man or directly imposed by man.
By refusing to help to develop the third world and helping them become self-sufficient, we prolong their poverty.
It would be easy to help them develop their own energy sources, food production, and education.
The simple fact is that current policy is eugenic by design to keep the third world from competing for their own natural resources.

After the trillions in “aid” given already, there hasn’t been any improvement. This goes to ask the question of what the aid is supposed to do. Aid is supposed to help someone get over a troubling period, a problem, but it is obvious the problem is the people themselves.
Africa is a continent rich is resources. They need no help.

I was in Uganda in 1994 as part of the Rwanda famine relief effort. I walked the streets of Kampala and never felt uncomfortable. I never had any negative interactions with the locals. I never got sick from eating the food. Bottom line...don’t believe everything you hear about other countries or continents.

The original concept of "asylum" was supposed to apply to individuals who were being persecuted. Today "asylum" is being used as a pretense for evacuating entire populations who are suffering because their culture is a basket case. Like a plague, they want to run away from it but, instead, end up spreading it.

What about great Christian leaders, such as Cardinal Sarah and Cardinal Arinze, who oppose relativism and modernism in the Catholic Church, and Anglican Archbishop Peter Akinola, who helped create a platform for those American Episcopalians who wanted to leave the increasingly un-Christian Episcopalian Church?

It is inspiring Bill Gates’ programme to rid the continent of malaria
Bill Gates, it is my understanding, bought and shipped to Africa many, many, yards of mosquito netting. The natives chopped up the netting to make nets for catching fish.
The mosquito nets were impregnated with chemicals to kill off mosquitoes. These chemicals dissolved in the water, killing off the fish the natives depended on for food.

Sometimes I think we should have left Africa to sort out their own problems among themselves......they might have been better off in the long run.
