Consider him to be the norm in law enforcement. There is no law so vile or so repugnant that police would not enforce it. Take the case of the French police in WWII. The enthusiastically rounded up Jews for their Nazi masters even knowing that they were sending their fellow citizens to their deaths. I knew the hippie crowd had initially taken over Asheville years ago and then the elite crowd and slowly been migrating there for years to spoil what was once a wonderful southern mountain town in North Carolina, but was there recently and the entire place has become CA (SF - San Jose) east. Unfortunately a big part of NC from in the larger cities from Asheville all along I 40 to Wilmington, NC on the sea board are being infested and tainted with the younger stupid simple minded indoctrinated left leaning socialistic crowd that can never be reasoned with.

I always read the second as because the state has a military you the individual may be armed. Why would anyone read it as a militia or military may be armed. Was this ever an issue whether or not a state may have a military and whether it may be armed? That’s kind of stupid.
