POTUS Trump just signed an Omnibus bill, NOT a federal budget! The appropriations in the bill are "suggestions" of how Trump SHOULD spend the money. Since this is not a budget, Trump is not bound by The Constitution to spend the money as appropriated. The Demonrats screwed themselves again by not passing a federal budget. I'm here to tell you that Trump's Wall shall indeed be funded with money from this Omnibus bill! President Donald J. Trump outsmarted these fools, once again!! Haahaa!!

I know Trump is fighting everyone on all sides. I also know that he is the only candidate that had a snowball’s chance in hell of fighting the corruption. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to condone everything he does, when it is against the best interest of this country. We are conservatives, we are not blind followers.
The funds will go out to those approved by the bill, but how fast they go out may be slow-walked.

The only upside I see is "GOP" congressional reps going back home and trying to explain/spin this one. The Rats Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are probably working overtime to give them talking points to take home.
