Mark Levin Dismisses Discussion of Vincent Foster
March 11, 2018 | Allan J. Favish

Posted on 03/11/2018 8:27:47 PM PDT by AJFavish

Go to http://www.marklevinshow.com/audio-rewind/ and scroll down to the audio file for 3/8/2018. At 1:05:35 to 1:07, Levin has a discussion with a caller until the caller, out of the blue, brings up Vincent Foster. Levin shuts down the conversation quickly with disdain. What little the caller had to say about Foster appears to me to be mostly inaccurate. The caller stated that Miguel Rodriguez testified around 2002 that the crime scene was plowed . . . .

First of all, I don't think we can say for certain that it was a "crime" scene because we do not know with 100% certainty what happened. Even the issue of whether suicide was a crime in Virginia on July 20, 1993, is not clear. However, there is credible evidence that it was a crime scene, but we are uncertain. There also is credible evidence that there was illegal tampering with the scene, but again, this is not 100% definitive. There is 100% definitive proof that the Robert Fiske and Kenneth Starr reports about the death are negligently, if not intentionally, deceptive.

I don't know about any "plowing" of the scene. If the caller was using the word "plowed" to mean that there was tampering with the scene, the caller may be correct.

The name Miguel Rodriguez is accurate because Rodriguez was the prosecutor in charge of the Foster investigation in Kenneth Starr's Office of Independent Counsel. However, I am unaware of Rodriguez ever testifying about the Foster case.

It is very unfortunate that somebody like Levin, who is so accurate and insightful on so many issues, in my opinion, is willing to speak about something with definitive disdain, without giving any indication that he has a factual basis for such disdain. He may have good reasons for being so dismissive regarding the topic, but I have never heard them.

Here is a portion of the Foster section of my website at http://allanfavish.com/index.php/vincent-foster discussing Rodriguez (go to my website for numerous links in the following):

After my lawsuit concluded, two documents were discovered in the National Archives by citizen researchers Hugh Turley and Patrick Knowlton in 2009. I did not learn about it until February 2016. The documents were written by Miguel Rodriguez, who was an Assistant United States Attorney who led the Foster death investigation for Kenneth Starr's Office of Independent Counsel. The documents are Rodriguez's letter of resignation and a 31-page memorandum to his fellow prosecutors in the OIC explaining why the evidence does not support a conclusion of suicide in the park. At pages 18-20 of the memorandum Rodriguez states that he has seen two photographs of Foster's neck that show a wound on the neck. The Government's official conclusion was that there was no wound on the neck. Rodriguez states that one of the photos was an autopsy photo and the other was taken when Foster was in the park. The two documents are here, at the website maintained by Turley and Knowlton. In July 2016, I received a certified copy of the Rodriguez memorandum from the National Archives with this cover letter.

I tried to take Rodriguez's deposition during my lawsuit, but the Federal District Court denied my request. During the course of the lawsuit, both the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court ignored my request for a review of the District Court's denial. The request to the District Court was contained in a motion that was filed January 19, 2001 to insure that any photos produced by the OIC are the pristine originals. The motion asked the court to compel the testimony of former OIC prosecutor Miguel Rodriguez and his former OIC assistant Lucia Rambusch regarding allegations of illegal conduct by OIC and FBI personnel as to one or more of the photos at issue in this case. The exhibits to the draft are omitted from this online version, but the pertinent portions are quoted in the motion.

WorldNetDaily published a story about the Rodriguez documents here on February 28, 2016.

Many of the original source documents used in my lawsuit were published in two volumes by the United States Senate in 1995, which are available at many libraries, and online here and here (scroll down to volumes 1 & 2). Video of hearings broadcast by C-SPAN on July 29, 1994 is here and here, and on July 20, 1995 is here.

You are so right. Hillary was in CA, when Vince Foster died. Bill was in WH... She has not been same since. Vince and Hillary had an affair for years, started while both at Rose Law Firm, Arkansas.

The most plausible resolution of the Vince Foster case is that Hillary Clinton so demeaned him as to drive him to suicide. That is the conclusion that a forensic psychological autopsy arrived at, which lead to the case being closed.

I was reading some piece from five years ago which discussed the whole Ft Marcie Park angle, and listed off ten reasons why it didn’t happen in the park.

Then I was surprised to find out that about a thousand feet from the park is the chief residence of the ambassador from Saudi Arabia. Oddly enough, six months prior to the Foster death....the residence next door to the ambassador comes up on the market and the Saudis quickly move to buy it. Nothing is ever said about the use or purpose of the 2nd executive-class home (both on the Virginia-side of the river).

When you look back now, at all the close nature of the Saudis to the 9-11 thugs...you have to wonder about what kind of function or work that Foster might have had with the Saudis.

I suspect Obama has already ‘won’ an Emmy Award now reserved in West Hollywood. It has his name etched on it, and will apparently be given for his ‘amazing’ TV productions. The ones he has not yet produced or had done under his name.

It will be as with the Nobel Prize in 2009, all due to intent and potentiality. If he ‘sings’ or mumbles some Al Green, he will win a Grammy too. Just like that!

Didn’t catch that episode but it’s the lawyer in him when he gets accusations and doesn’t know the source he shuts the caller off or when they switch to a subject which is not pre screened. This is something I wish he’d hammer away at

SHAME ON THOSE AR 15’S FOR WHAT HAPPENED AT THE PARKLAND SCHOOL

BLAME GUNS NOT GOVERNMENT POLICIES THE FAILURES MUST NOT BE EXPOSED

The inability to counter this perverted (they call progressive) agenda created by the democratic party ( in name only) has its goose stepping adherents in the media left make it up as guns and the NRA garbage through their swill mills. When it should be contested by GOP state and federal legislators who should be demanding investigative hearings exposing policy failures

DON’T MENTION THIS
Besides examining the conduct ( cops told not to enter other dept called and does those cops disciplined because they did) and arrangements of the Broward County Sheriff’s Dept made with this school district performance failures due to policy. A dramatic reduction in disciplinary incidents at Parkland were reported after the selection of Obama’s Chicago friend as school superintendent occurred which was publicly acclaimed.

Because that school district was receiving large grant money from Obama’s Attorney General because of those results. That many critics claimed encouraged criminal activity. Which should require Trump Administration US Attorney General beside find out why when the FBI knew that Cruz who should not been able to purchase weapons did. And review these grant programs instituted by the previous Obama administration.

“We are quite similar. It is astonishing those who went to the dark side of NeverTrump insanity. These same people to a T in one way or another gave Obama a pass or treaded delicately. The Trump derangement is pathetic.”

Exactly.

I’m with you. Levin showed me everything I ever needed to know about him with his anti Trump ravings.

Agreed also about Beck.

They can both go straight to hell.

Having an on-air discussion about Vince Foster is not a productive use of time at this point in our history.

And having discussions about what the Framers intended is just stupid too. Nobody cares about the Framers anymore.

Agree with both of you, about NeverTrumper, Levin....and Beck.

The ironic thing is how they were, at one time, arch enemies of each other. Then, they somehow joined forces, and crossed to the dark side, against Trump.

Really odd.

I miss listening to Levin’s free podcasts. I used to listen while walking my dog . But I kept discovering that I would shut the podcast down and switch to music...he claims o be a huge Reagan fan, but disses Trump all the time. Trumo will be greater than Reagan. Finally, I couldn’t listen for five minutes before I turned him off . At that time I deleted my subscription.

But I’ve heard hosts that have summarily hung up on callers with disgust when they suddenly (via non-sequiter) change tack a topic that they did not call about.
I agree with you. However, when I listen to this particular clip, it is clear to me that Levin is reacting much more to the substance of the subject itself, rather than to the fact that there was a change of subject. Usually when he is upset about a change of subject he says that is the reason for cutting the call short. He did not say that here.
