Former President George W. Bush said Thursday that there is "pretty clear evidence that the Russians meddled" in the 2016 presidential election, a seeming rebuke of President Donald Trump, who has at times questioned the intelligence community’s assessment that the Kremlin is to blame.
"Whether (Russia) affected the outcome is another question," Bush said at conference in Abu Dhabi, according to a USA Today report. "It’s problematic that a foreign nation is involved in our election system. Our democracy is only as good as people trust the results.”

Throughout the Cold War, the dems, who worshipped all things USSR, actively aided and abetted the Soviets' efforts to interfere in our elections.
It seems Dubya feels some need to pop up every couple months and lob a handful of dung, ruining whatever might remain of his legacy.

Bush and Nixon are two examples of Presidents who liberals hated and conservatives loved while they were in office, even though if you were to judge them by their actual policies rather than by their image and rhetoric, it should have been the reverse.

What the Russians did was reveal factual information about how the DNC was rigging the election for Hillary. This information should have been revealed much earlier by journalists if our presstitutes had any interest in doing their supposed jobs.

George Senior was the DCI and became the Director or the Clowns In America in 1975 and 1976. George Sr. is the poison on the tip of the spear. He was the one who began the reversal of Reagan's policy of supply side economics.
George H W is not naive, he's a malignant tumor that caused the spread of the cancerous policies which have given us our out of control government today.
You may have missed it, but Iraq and Syria are two different countries, and back in the early 2000's Assad and Hussein hated one another due to a border dispute and the whole Shia-Sunni thing.
Furthermore, Bush's claim before the war wasn't about chemical weapons, it was about nuclear weapons. The Niger "yellow cake" story was one of the big propaganda selling points at the time.

It's a tie between taking Bush as VP and granting amnesty to illegal immigrants. In defense of the first, Reagan probably believed that he needed a liberal Republican as a running mate to keep the Rockefeller wing of the GOP from voting for Carter or not voting on election day.
