I'mn trying to find a website that breaks down how much blacks receive, as a community, compared with the taxes they pay, as a community.
I did have a figure of approximately $21 trillion dollars since the end of the Civil War, but I can't substantiate that. Mathwise, it's not a lot when you break that number by the number of blacks that have lived, or living, since 1865 and spread it over 150 years. It works out to be only about perhaps $2,000/yr, so it's a credible number.
I just can't support it.

And to add to your great point, we should use the churches to provide Farm Subsidies, Corporate Subsidies and Medicare spending.

You are very correct.
The overall spending my be heavy on the whites, but probably not on a per person basis, Everybody gets the same social spending amount, but they don’t all pay the same amount in taxes, due to differing incomes. Spending on the black community would drop at least by half, if we moved towards a pay as you go system.
I agree. The church can do so much more than the government, because the church can require conditions with the help to get the person in a better spot.
that’s a pretty poor start there LOL considering that Owsley county has less than 5000 people, and is not even remotely representative of a country filled with 323 million people.
You need to either try a lot harder, or better yet, quit while your behind.
What is wrong with the people of Owsley County?
