Travis, that’s a beautiful RICO chart. Where are the Paladins at the FBI to roll up this ring of racketeers? Or will US Marine military intelligence services be required to do it in order to protect the Presidency, the US Marines have a continuing mission to protect the Presidency and have a constitutional way to get it done.

If this can clearly be shown as a coup attempt by those within the government, would the content of this document then come into play (https://scholarship.law.berkeley.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?referer=https://www.google.com/&httpsredir=1&article=3967&context=californialawreview ) ? -

Particularly I’m asking about this part:

Ordinarily in our history
this jurisdiction has been exercised on foreign soil, during a formally
declared war; but “when the regular course of justice is interrupted
by revolt, rebellion, or insurrection, so that the Courts of Justice
cannot be kept open, ciil war exists and hostilities may be prosecuted
on the same footing as if those opposing the government were
foreign enemies invading the land.””’ The courts are bound by
the determination of the President that civil war exists.” 7
“Territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under
the authority of the hostile army.””48
