The Democrats have overreached on forcing this latest federal government shutdown. Prioritizing illegal children brought here under Obama’s illegal DACA program before 9 million American children who are U.S. citizens and will lose their insurance and 2 million military members who will be asked to work without pay… The SchumerShutdown is the latest disgusting act by the Democrats.
But they are starting to crack.
Democrat Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill) said on ABC’s This Week on Sunday morning that he thinks “the wall is a monumental waste of taxpayers’ money, and it’s to build a monument to stupidity and it’s just idiotic,” talking to George Stephanopoulos. However, he continued, saying, “Having said that, if that’s what it’s going to take in order to put 800,000 young men and women in the country … in a safe place and put them on course to full integration in our society… I say pay it.” Are they giving in? Is Gutierrez just the first grown up to come to the table to make a deal? Or is he simply an outlier? The Democrat Party leadership seems dug in to not get a deal done on DACA and border security to end the shutdown.

the dems aren’t an actual political party. they’re an artificial conglomeration of brawling little special interest groups, all vying for status as top beneficiary. that’s why instilling terror of the opposition into their minds is crucial. they don’t really agree on anything, so they have to be convinced that someone is out to get them in order to keep them in line.
but, even at that, it can’t last forever.
We got screwed. Dont you see what McConnell did? He gave away the farm. He allowed a free standing vote on DACA after Feb 8!! That takes our bargaining chip away from the WALL, CHAIN , LOTTERy, and Merit based legal immigration. That was the brinks armored car robbery of all time. He was trying to screw Trump and did. This is not a Republican victory. This is the greatest sell out in history. No wonder the leftist flocked to this. Dont let this happen. Flush this out into the light. Did you forget that the U.S. is not a parliamentary system? The Senate Dems used the threat of a shutdown in order to force Trump to drop his demands in exchanged for Amnesty.
The Dems get no guarantees of anything. And the House isnt even in support of anything coming out of the Senate, nor is Trump.

Then Schumer is lying. Schumer clearly stated today that “if there was no comprehensive immigration bill by Feb 8th there would be a vote on DACA”” !! Those a exclusive!! The Dems will just pass on any immigration bill before Feb 8 and they get a clean DACA vote. That is what he said. Let’s find out from Mr.McConnell!!
