Just finished reading this and agree 100% this guy is legit and these plans are real.

Here’s a quote from Corsi:

This agrees with what I know from reading about the Reece Commission on large tax-exempt foundations and from “Maj Jordan’s Diary” (he was in charge of supplying the Russians in WW2 with military and other equipment, inlcuding uranium, for the Lend Lease program.)
