"It is ordered that the Superseding Criminal Indictment against Defendants Cliven D. Bundy, Ryan C. Bundy, Ammon E. Bundy and Ryan W. Payne is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE"
Signed Order of Chief US District Court Judge Gloria M. Navarro in Las Vegas 1/8/2018
"We respect the court's ruling and will make a determination about the next appropriate steps"
Interim US Attorney for Nevada just appointed by Jeff Sessions, Dayle Elieson 1/8/2018
In the end the Democrat US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro threw out the charges against Cliven Bundy and three other men in connection with the April 12, 2014 Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch.
In today's court hearing she lambasted both the prosecutors and the FBI for their outrageous conduct in the case. She said both were involved in "flagrant misconduct" with the prosecutors claiming not knowing about the 3300 pages of evidence favoring the defendants and the FBI claiming they lost it in a missing thumb drive.
Now the Justice Department headed by Republican Jeff Sessions will decide what comes out next.
They did not commit themselves to any specific action with the new Interim US Attorney appointed by Attorney General Sessions, Dayle Elieson, saying "We respect the court's ruling" and adding that a "determination" will be made about "the next appropriate steps".
Sessions praised lead prosecutor Steven Myhre, who is a Republican, during a visit to Las Vegas last July praising Myhre's "leadership" in the case and his "standing for the law" in it, among other things.
Meanwhile, an individual addressing a group of supporters of the Bunkerville defendants, using the names of Donald Trump associate Roger Stone and libertarian advocate Judge Andrew Napolitano asserted the notion of a pardon in connection with the case.
The individual claimed that President Trump is "considering pardoning" those who have pled guilty or have been convicted in connection with Bunkerville.
NO OFFICIAL WORD OR CONFIRMATION OF THIS STATEMENT BY THIS INDIVIDUAL

Bundy says the state and local governments did not stand up to the federal government in his case and they should have.
Cliven Bundy also says Judge Navarro did the local authorities in Las Vegas a service by stopping the trial before their complicity in a scheme to entrap him in a crime at the Bunkerville Standoff could be exposed.
If it’s dismissed “with prejudice” then it’s not coming back.
There is a route of appeal if the prosecution chooses (Ninth Circuit) and four more defendants not yet tried. Judge Navarro says those men can’t get a fair trial.
But the feds could go forward with it.
No firm decisions on next moves in this case.
Any disciplinary actions or criminal charges against prosecutors or the FBI for what the judge said about their actions in the case?
If they have any sense at all they’ll drop it. Another Federal Judge most likely won’t appreciate any attempt to get around the current Judge. The forms have to be observed.
“If its dismissed with prejudice then its not coming back.”
You would think so. Yet in this day and age you know how justice is. Sessions can just make up some different charges and start again.
“... the new Interim US Attorney appointed by Attorney General Sessions, Dayle Elieson, saying “We respect the court’s ruling” and adding that a “determination” will be made about “the next appropriate steps”....”
Those appropriate steps should be a Grand Jury indictment of the prosecutors, FBI, BLM, Parks, etc. personnel involved in the scheme.
claiming they lost it in a missing thumb drive.

Gives new meaning to “Thumb up their butt.”
“”We respect the court’s ruling and will make a determination about the next appropriate steps”

Well college boy, maybe start by finding out what “with prejudice” means.
Republicans,.....snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
The government could appeal the dismissal to a higher court, but will not.

This story from New Hampshire on one of the others who need justice in this case, Jerry DeLemus.
Video is embedded in story from WMUR-TV
And this is the stuff Jeff Sessions praises? I'm so sick of this jerk off.
Mr. President please for the good of the nation ask for Sessions resignation or fire him!
THIS MAN DOES NOT BELIEVE IN THE RULE OF LAW. HE BELIEVES IN THE JACK BOOT OF GOVERNMENT.
Fire him!
Here is video of Cliven Bundy arriving back home at Bundy Ranch today:

I think I’ll click Nextrush link a few times, just to celebrate.
I’ve been reading the “Oregon Live” story I posted this evening and I am saddened by the attitudes of those who hate the Bundy’s.
Here are some paragraphs:
“Jonathan Greenblatt, chief executive director of the Anti-Defamation League, decried the government’s mistakes and also predicted similar confrontations in the future.
‘This case represented the last opportunity for justice in this case of extremists who had organized in armed opposition to the federal government,’ he said.”
The feds, we now know, organized with snipers and SWAT against the Bundy’s and their call for people to come to their aid was based on real concrete facts.
This was a First Amendment and Second Amendment activity and it’s called a case involving “extremists”.
I think Oregon Live is owned by Advance and they are extreme leftist. They will run a paper in the ground before they report the truth.
XLNT!
Sleep Well Folks!
