Please pray for a lady left with serious injuries after a cat jumped in her car, attacked her, she left the car in reverse, she jumped out, the car ran her over, she was taken away by ambulance with serious injuries.

But it might shoot you with your rifle... I could swear I read about that somewhere. Cats are just more devious when they go bad. If a dog hates you it tends to be straightforward about it. The cat will mark on your favorite garment.

Maybe. Street cats can be very aggressive.
I once took a street cat in.

I once had a pretty young lady sitting on my couch. Just when I put my arm around her the crazy cat ran across the wall and bit her on the back of her head and stayed like that for a couple of seconds while she screamed. I stood, waved my arm at it and then it dropped and ran out of the room. Never saw her again after that.

I kept a loaded water pistol to protect myself.

I’ve seen that. Cats are so fast that they can use the vertical surfaces (walls, etc) in a room or on the outside of a building in a mad dash to get from point A to point B.
