After Judge Gloria Navarro declared that there is a mistrial in the third Bunkerville Standoff trial yesterday defendant Ryan Bundy, acting in his own defense, moved that all four defendants be released on their own recognizance.
Currently Ryan Bundy, Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne are on pre-trial release with a curfew unable to go home with Cliven Bundy opting to remain in jail until he is totally free to go home.
In addition Ryan Bundy made a motion to release three other men still jailed in connection with the case because of the prosecution's misconduct in the case....

A lot of stupid things happened on all sides in that series of events - including corruption by the prosecution long after stupidity in the field had ended. It’s time to move on and drop the case.
The Obama appointed federal judge will do just about anything to convict the defendants. She was forced to grant a mistrial to prevent being quickly overturned on appeal.
