Almost as interesting was the ad before it, about how new engines on the B-52 will increase range, fuel efficiency, and orbit. I wonder why such an ad would be on YouTube; who is the target audience, DOD accountants?
Cute ad, although the actors are WAY too well fed to be North Koreans.
It is like 20 years old. They didn’t have much protein but still had some fat and carbs at the time.

I guess Boeing is paying to blanket the whole of YouTube with ads to build support (or at least reduce resistance) for a proposal to put new engines on the B-52 fleet.
This is an idea that was originally floated back in the 1980s. There have been several pushes to replace the eight TF33-P-3 engines (designed almost 60 years ago) with four more modern engines for a significant fuel savings. For various reasons, these efforts came to nothing.
